Mumbles pub is going under the hammer at auction.
The Oyster Lounge, at Western Lane, which closed its doors for the final time back in February, is now up for grabs for a cool £295,000.
It is being auctioned online by John Pye Property, on July 29 and 30.
The former pub, which used to be a place where bands and musicians would regularly perform, occupies a prominent position in close proximity to the Swansea bay seafront.
With award winning beaches and stunning countryside, it’s not hard to see why Swansea is desirable to potential home owners.
While the average house price in the city currently stands at just below £180,000, there are plenty up for grabs on the other end of the spectrum with some even reaching seven figures.
According to property website Zoopla, the most expensive street in Swansea can be found in Southgate where the average home is valued at £849,365.
